One of the most important assets of any Bible school is its faculty. The faculty is instrumental in influencing the students through classroom instruction and practical examples! It is the faculty members who best model the purpose and philosophy of any school.


J. David Ford - Founder/President of MTC
Curriculum Development/Professor
 
Dr. Ford began ministering on radio and in revivals at the early age of five. He has spent most of his life as a student and teacher of the Word.

Since graduating from Christ Gospel Bible Institute in 1970, Brother Ford has ministered as an evangelist, pastor, Christian school principal and Bible college professor.

His ministry background also includes directing a rehabilitation ministry for drug addicts and alcoholics, and a radio and street ministry.

Brother Ford’s ministry has taken him into all 50 states. After taking his first mission trip in 1976, he has been very active in world evangelization and has continued to travel to a host of nations on a regular basis.

Brother Ford received his Bachelor of Theology from Christian Bible College and Master and Doctorate in Theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary.

His experiences, from almost 40 years of ministry and personally training thousands of pastors around the world, enable Brother Ford to teach the Word of God in a very unique way. Because of his manner of teaching, students are able to better understand and apply God’s Word to their lives.

Brother Ford has been president of Evangelistic Messengers’ Assocation since 1987.

He is also Executive Director of New Hope Children’s Foundation in Nicaragua.
   
Fady Al Hagal - International Dean/Professor
Pastor of Shepherd’s Field Church
Dr. Fady Al Hagal received his formal education at the University of Damascus in Syria and the University of Tennessee at Martin. He received a Master of Divinity from Southern Theological Seminary of Louisville, Kentucky in 2001. He also earned a Master and Doctorate in Theology from MTC in 2009.

Besides serving as International Dean for MTC, Dr. Fady is senior pastor of Shepherd’s Field Church in Martin, Tennessee. It is one of the most spiritually dynamic churches in Tennessee. The goal of the ministry of Shepherd’s Field Church is to impact the world around them by preparing and equipping the body of Christ with the effective tools needed to release the powerful anointing Christ has granted His body, the Church.

Dr. Fady has been called to the nations as an ambassador of the gospel of good news. Having grown up in Damascus, Syria, Brother Fady brings an international flavor to his ministry here in the U.S., as well as to the many other countries where he ministers.
   
Dorris Dunlap - U.S. Dean of MTC/Professor
Pastor of The Word Sanctuary Church
Pastor Dorris Dunlap has been active in ministry since 1984 when she became pastor of Living Word Sanctuary. MTC’s headquarters and her church are both located in the same facilities in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Sister Dunlap has hosted the telecast, “In and Around Portage,” for over 30 years.

Her years of ministry experience, both in the U.S. and in foreign missions, are an asset to MTC’s staff.
   
Michael Millé - Professor/Curriculum Development
Pastor of White Dove Fellowship
Dr. Millé received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

He also has a Master in Psychology and a Doctorate in Religious Studies. Pastor Mike is the founder and pastor of White Dove Fellowship in Harvey, Louisiana.

What began as a small house church has expanded into a growing congregation of over 3,000 attendees. White Dove is an International Outreach Center encompassing hundreds of churches around the world, several schools, orphanages and a global network of affiliate missionaries. Pastor Mike’s teaching ministry is being broadcasted daily via radio and television.
   
Iona L. Halsey - Administrative Dean of MTC
Professor/Curriculum Development

Dr. Iona Halsey received both her Bachelor and Master in Theology through Andersonville Baptist Seminary. She earned her Doctorate of Theology from MTC.

Sister Iona has been active in ministry since 1946. She brings a “personal touch” to the courses she helps develop and teaches in a manner that challenges students to be all they can be in the Lord.

Sister Halsey has worked by Brother Ford’s side for the past eighteen years, both in the U.S. and around the world. During this time, she has spent several years living and teaching overseas, and as dean of MTC in Ukraine and Nicaragua.
   
Faith A. Ford
Administrative Assistant to the President
Faith has been active in missions every since she was a young child. She has worked with her father and mother, Dr. Ford and Sister Ford, on various foreign fields.

After graduating from Christ for the Nations in 2006, Faith is now completing a double major in Psychology and English through Dallas Baptist University.
   
Charity Ford Marroquìn
Registrar of MTC
Charity is a 2005 graduate from Christ for the Nations. Besides working via the internet with MTC, Charity works with her husband Leonardo, directing the ministry of New Hope Children’s Foundation in Nicaragua.

Ever since she was a young child, Charity has been active in missions and has worked with her father and mother, Dr. Ford and Sister Ford, on various foreign fields.


MTC’s teaching staff is also made-up of a host of other excellent ministers and pastors who serve as professors with MTC.
